Here we are looking at the living room, entry way, and some of the dining room from the front yard. You can see how the beams in the ceiling run all the way out. That, along with the floor to ceiling and wall to wall glass, blurs the distinction between inside and outside. This makes the yard part of the house. Or maybe it makes the house part of the yard. Whichever, it's a good thing. We like it. It doesn't show very well in this picture, but in real life you can easily see right through the windows to the back yard.
